Before heading to the beach, which is only 250 metres away from the apartment, you can enjoy a great breakfast at the perfectly furnished private terrace while observing the daily calm routines of the streets of Canyamel.

This is a first floor apartment with no elevator where our guests will be met by a helpful and comfy living - dining - kitchen. This room invites to cook your best dishes on the electric cook of the kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table. Then, you can relax on the sofa watching the satellite TV in the air-conditioned room (only cold air). The kitchen is basically equipped and there's no washing machine or iron. This apartment has 2 bedrooms with AC (only cold air) and twin beds, one of them with access to a little terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available. For the extra guest, we can prepare you a comfortable sofa-bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath.

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area in Capdepera with one of the best beaches in the area. It offers all needed services for your stay like supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the golf course also is near, about 7.2 km. The Caves of Artà and the Tower of Canyamel are a must visit of the area. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
