The modern room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept well, not disturbed by any other guests. The biggest win for me was the fantastic value for money which meant I could afford a 5 night stay. Buses into the city were frequent though I could walk to town centre in 15-20 minutes.

Sadly the separate toilet in my room smelt strongly of urine. It had been cleaned but the flooring clearly needed changing. This is a budget hotel, but no excuse for this.

Did exactly what it said on the tin

It is budget, but the room was simple, functional, clean and the bed was comfy. Well sound proofed (couldnt hear motorway). The staff we really lovely and super friendly too.

Cheap basic room

Room was basic but did for the 1 night stay. Mattresses was thun and hard. Toilet was very same and odd that shower was next to the bed. It was a cheap room for one night so did the job.

Basic

No frills basic room. Booked based on price only and sure enough got a very small room with 2 beds which is what I booked. However, there is nothing else favourable I can add. Was worried about whether my car would still be there when I woke up (only parking remaining was a way from hotel in with commercial vehicles), and place looked very tired indeed.

First try at an IBIS. Was very run down, door cards stopped working and this is a common issue, the machine to attach a key card to a room number and spare cards are left on the desk and night staff sat out the back so this didn’t give me great confidence. Cleaners do a fantastic job, can’t be easy when it needs a complete overhaul. Staff helpful and polite

Decent stay and good value.

Well kept hotel generally. Good value. Decent location. Entering is tricky as you need to knock on the front door or walk around the back and enter via the carpark. Bed was sunken.
