TÀmÀ talo tarjoaa upeat nÀkymÀt kaikista huoneista Tahoe-jÀrven yli. Korkealla katedraalin katolla olohuone on tilava ja upea paikka rentoutua. SiinÀ on avoin keittiö, iso teak-ruokapöytÀ, mukava sohva ja kaasutakka. Talo sijaitsee Incline Villagen ylÀosassa. HerÀÀ rauhalliselta yöunelta ja avaa kaihtimet aloittaaksesi pÀivÀn katsomalla jÀrvelle.

Talo: Se koostuu 3 kerroksesta. Pohjakerroksessa sinulla on 2 lahdetta pysÀköidÀksesi autoosi. LisÀpysÀköinti on saatavilla hotellissa. Pohjakerroksen sisÀÀnkÀynnistÀ kÀvelet portaita pitkin kerrokseen 2 makuuhuoneen kanssa. SiellÀ on yksi makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella. TÀssÀ huoneessa on runsaasti tilaa ilmapatjan tai sÀngyn lisÀÀmiseksi (ei talossa). Samasta kerroksesta löydÀt toisen makuuhuoneen ja toisen kylpyhuoneen. TÀhÀn kylpyhuoneeseen pÀÀsee kÀytÀvÀltÀ, joten toista makuuhuonetta ei tarvitse kÀydÀ lÀpi. TÀssÀ kerroksessa on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Toisesta kerroksesta kÀvelet portaita pitkin kolmanteen kerrokseen (ylimmÀssÀ kerroksessa), josta löydÀt olohuoneen, ruokailualueen keittiön. KeittiössÀ on kaikki mitÀ tarvitset keittÀÀ (ja syödÀ) upea ateria. SiinÀ on sÀhköliesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, jÀÀkaappi / pakastin, kahvinkeitin ja leivÀnpaahdin. Kaasutakka lisÀÀ mukavan vivahteen viihtyisÀÀn talvi-iltaan ja mukavana pÀivÀnÀ voit istua parvekkeella.


SekÀ sohva (kuningatar) ettÀ rakkausistuin (yhden hengen) olohuoneessa vedÀ sÀnkyinÀ.

Valitettavasti lemmikkejÀ ei sallita talossa.

Incline Village on upea kaupunki, jossa on hienoja ravintoloita ja baareja. JÀrvi on muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ talosta runsaasti kesÀaktiviteetteja (uinti, veneily, melonta jne.). LÀhellÀ on myös monia mukavia retkeilyreittejÀ.
Talvella rinteet ovat sinulle. Diamond Peak on vain 5 minuutin pÀÀssÀ. Mt nousi noin 15 ja NorthStar 25 minuuttia. Alpine, Squaw ja Heavenly ovat kaikki 45 minuutin pÀÀssÀ. Ja mukava plus: autosi on pysÀköity lahdelle, joten lunta ei tarvitse poistaa ennen kuin haluat osua rinteille.

TÀmÀ loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ kohteesta Diamond Peak Ski Resort (hiihtokeskus). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden kÀyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy.

Upon arrival, we were blown away by the view of Lake Tahoe from all the rooms! The view is unmatched!!! This beautiful, and very comfortable, home is situated in a quiet complex. A perfect place to spend long overdue family time with our adult children. Our host, Geeke, was very personable and accommodating when our vehicle broke down and we had to stay an extra night. We would highly recommend this property!!

Clean, beautiful views close to Diamond Peak

Geeke was a gracious host. We received a very warm welcome message with detailed check-in information. Gorgeous view of the lake which we enjoyed every morning and evening while sitting on the balcony. The house was cleaned, well kept and equipped. Looking forward to our next stay!

Cozy condo in the snow

We were very comfortable in this property perfect for a family of four. We were there during the biggest snowstorm in many years and we were not able to ski but we enjoyed movies, games and family time. Communication with owner was great, because of the storm we were able to stay an additional night and she was so helpful. We hope to come back and ski when conditions are better.

My husband, our friend, and I all enjoyed staying at Geeke's unit. It's clean, cozy, and has a Great Lake view. Geeke answered all my questions and gave great local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Incline Village: Bitterbrush II

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any questions you might have. The complex is quiet and peaceful and very neat and clean. There is a covered garage with each unit. Parking is on ground floor, go up a flight is stairs to two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Then you go to another flight of stairs to the main living area with kitchen, dining area, family room with fireplace, and a balcony with a gorgeous view. I highly recommend this VRBO rental!

Super convenient for long ski weekend

Jan 2021 stay. Valuable- covered parking NOT a garage so that our truck could easily park. Many units have only tiny garages that wouldnt fit our car. Easy kitchen to cook light meals. Quiet. wish we would have taken our own pillows. It is east facing- I wish they had dark blackout drapes. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect rental for our short Lake Tahoe trip

Very easy to reserve with quick response from host. Beautiful views of lake and mountains from every room. Spacious for our group of 5 adults and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen appliances worked well.

Excellent 1 week stay. Tahoe view is amazing! House is very warm, sun filled and inviting and has all you need for a cozy pandemic getaway. Geeke is a wonderful and very responsive owner. Would be happy to return.

We were there for our 11yo grandson’s baseball tournament in Incline and the location could not have been. Quiet, relaxing, clean and perfectly stocked, with a great view of the lake!

Wonerful property

We had a wonderful time in this place. We woke up with views of the lake and were able to see an incredible 4th of July firework show from the upstairs deck. Peaceful location and the unit was clean and comfortable, would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful Christmas stay 2018

We had a wonderful time at this location for 3 night. The place is conveniently located few minutes away from the Diamond Peak ski resort, and has very easy access to incline village center. It is very clean, has plenty of space for the 6 of us to relax and entertain after a day of skiing. It also has a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, especially after a night of snow. And the host Geeke was very helpful with the direction and the check-in/out instructions. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place to stay for a nice Tahoe vacation.
