Great sleep

The room we were assigned to on the first floor had a bad odor to it. We went back to the desk and were reassigned a room on the 3rd floor that was clean and very comfortable. Slept through breakfast and didn’t use the pool. It was just what we needed.

Adam was especially accommodating.... he was there early making coffee for the earliest arisers. The coffee was very tasty..good and stong; I liked the chilled assortment of flavored creamers. Most places leave these out of refrigeration and they DO go sour. Adam set up the breakfast which had something for everyone. I liked the wrapped honey buns...you could grab and go and eat later! The breakfast area was very clean too. As i checked out, i mentioned to the clerk our toilet seat was loose and she made a note to have it tightened. We were in room 318. One thing i woukd have appreciated more....i like to have my room very cold at night and the unit wouldnt go any colder than it was. It was comfortable but i like it pretty chilly at night. But overall it was fine. The shampoo was very nice...lathered well and had a nice fragrance. Also one other thing that was very nice... the towels were very clean and SOFT! Lots of places have towels that serm starchy...these were very nicely scented and soft and absorbent. The bed was comfy and pillows too... not too overfilled. Head rested confortably all night. No neck ache in the morning. Would stay again!

Property was very nice, our microwave didnt work and our bathroom floor was dirty& carpet needs replaced. However the hotel is remodeling, hopeful our next stay will be complete. Staff was very helpful, Lee & Adam were accomidating with heating and great local info.
