Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unwelcoming and dismissive, and we were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before being assisted.
The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and practically unusable. Unless you have your own mobile data, do not expect reliable internet access.
Cleanliness was also a major concern. The towels provided were visibly dirty, with noticeable stains and red markings that appeared to resemble blood. Additionally, there was mold present in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable.
The air conditioning in our room did not work throughout our stay. Although we repeatedly informed the front desk and were assured that a technician would be sent, no one ever came. After several attempts and no resolution, we eventually gave up. Thankfully, we had only booked three days.
Due to these ongoing issues, we decided to check into another hotel, where the level of service and accommodation was significantly better—especially after we explained the circumstances of our stay here.
I would not choose to stay at this property again. If you are only staying one or two nights and have low expectations, you may tolerate it. However, for any longer stay, I strongly advise reconsidering.
The only positive aspect of our visit was the housekeeper, Nasrin. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried her best to assist us. She was the only staff member who showed care & effort.
