Modern, very spacious and very bright, the villa is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 people with maximum comfort.
The private garden features a magnificent terrace, a pool and a petanque court with splendid sea views. The Doña Julia Golf is located at the end of the garden.
The private parking allows parking for 4 cars inside the property.
The entire space is on the same floor (ground floor), with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Sheets and towels are included in the rental.
A beautiful dining room and a large living room will offer you pleasant moments.
The terrace, fully furnished and partially covered, communicates directly with the garden and the private swimming pool which offers spectacular views of the golf course and the sea. Well-arranged outdoor spaces to enjoy beautiful evenings with friends, in total tranquillity.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge with ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, citrus press.
