Our bed was dirty. I spoke with staff and the response was that they could have someone change the bedding the next day. My reply was that I couldn't sleep in that. They offered some new bedsheets but they didn't have staff to do it. I took pictures and showed staff but they didn't show any concern. We had booked 2 nights. I asked for a refund for the following night and it was refused. In addition the bathroom door had holes and stab marks and things were peeling. We had 3 other families stay here for a family event and all were unhappy I would post pictures if I could.

This property was very run down. They are in the middle of a renovation so they're trying to fix it but it was in pretty bad shape. The duvet on one of the beds was literally ripped, it was a rag. The light switches were broken, the bathroom was run down, the pool was run down. The carpets were dirty and old. The AC units were struggling to keep up. The staff was great. The room size was great. The beds were comfortable. Once they finish the renovation it will be great, but right now, it isn't.

We don’t expect luxury in these types of hotels but never have we been to one that had so many things wrong. The refrigerator and TV didn’t work, the bathroom door was missing (it had not been installed), and we had to fix the shower door when it fell. The door was not on it’s rail and it fell when my husband slid it open to take a shower. We called to have both TV and refrigerator fixed but they couldn’t. After about 30 minutes they suggested that we change rooms but we were too tired. We had already unpacked. But the room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedsheets were soft. It’s all we needed after a long exhausting drive.

The property on the outside looked like any other Comfort Inn. The bed was comfortable. There was never any staff for questions. When we checked in, they didn’t work with us in obtaining points. When the TV didn’t work, it indicated to call the staff. No staff replied to our call, voicemail etc to get the TV working. Self checkout - so no one to answer our questions.

Nice location, comfortable. The smell was so bad, I went out back to breath and then ended up sleeping in my truck. Searched under the beds for a dead animal, but didn’t find anything. The next day I skipped the family hike to buy a bunch of glade plugins and vinegar. Put 8-10 bowls around the unit to try and help. Worked a little. Enough to sleep the next night. I was offered a $50 credit to cover the cost of the plugins and vinegar. Nice gesture, but I’ll never stay there again.

I think we would have liked the property. However, although we were prepaid, Expedia would not pay the property so the front desk could not check us in. The ordeal went on for 2 hours, and eventually Expedia allowed us to check in to La Quinta (across the street). This problem affected the people in line after us who had to wait while this was being addressed. Overall it was a bad experience with Expedia, although we were grateful that an Expedia representative later set us up with the other hotel. Also, there should have been more than one person at the front desk at the Comfort Inn so others did not have to be inconvenienced as we dealt with this snafu.

The property doesn’t look like the pictures at all. It’s dark, dirty, run down and under construction. They were painting the rooms so everything was in the halls and the smell was terrible. Expedia or the hotel would not refund our reservations.

We were only there overnight, and the comfort inn was fine for our needs. Rates were good, and the breakfast was decent, room was clean. They were undergoing renovations so there were cosmetic things like our walls not being fully painted, some damage to the bathroom door and the hallway outside had some construction materials.

The property and room were very clean. It is easy access off and onto the highway. The front desk people were wonderful. It's nothing fancy at all but felt safe and clean. The breakfast was good - again nothing fancy but a nice bite to start the day.

Our room was just great. USB ports at every outlet. It was wonderful to have everything charging. We enjoyed the location. Easy access from interstate and a plethora of restaurants and stores.
