This hotel is still undergoing some renovations, but don’t let that stop you. It appears work is near completion as most all areas are freshly painted and very clean. I would recommend this as a competitively priced option for travelers.

The hotel was older but nice. We went in late last minute and was greeted with a very friendly lady. We left early so didnt stay for breakfast but it clean and felt comfortable.

Even though there was construction going on, it didn’t affect us. Our room was perfectly fine. It was quiet and just what we needed.

The staff was very helpful with checking in and information about the hotel. The beds were great. The hotel is currently being remodeled but that doesn't effect the great staff service or cleanliness. The pool was a little chilly for me but the grandkids loved it.

The property has posts that its being remodeled, im not sure where but it really needs it. Everything is either stained, chipping or old. The mattress and beddings are horrid. The indoor pool is not heated and the jacuzzi jets did not work. The whole pool area looks very run down with paint peeling everywhere. The one plus side is they have a decent breakfast included.

Bad experience in cedar city Utah

Television went out every 15 minutes. Iron didn’t heat up. Put us in a room that was half painted and still under construction. Went down to desk to report issues and stood there for 1/2 hours with no one showing up. Went back later still no one there for another 10 minutes
