Guests enter Falling Moss by walking up the sidewalk, onto the Southern-style front porch with a relaxing porch swing & rocking chairs and into the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find a great room with comfortable seating & large flat screen TV, a dining space with large round table and interior stairs to the bunk bedroom, queen bedroom & shared bathroom located on the second floor. The home has been recently re-decorated by a local designer with an emphasis on classy yet comfortably livable coastal colors & charm. The master bedroom is located on the first floor of the home off of the great room area. A breakfast bar with 2 stools separates the great room and fully-stocked kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances. The kitchen leads to a landing hallway that is perfect for coats, bags, beach towels & flip flips! Follow the landing hallway and you'll come to the home's screened-in porch. Exit the exterior door of the porch and you'll find the backyard's newly paved patio with a large outdoor dining table (seats 6-8 people), a propane BBQ grill, a kids' picnic table, outdoor games and newly landscaped shrubs & bushes. Follow the path through the fenced-in yard to the other side of the garage and you'll find a charming fire pit area with 4 adult and 4 kid-sized chairs.
