Called front desk numerous occasions to get blood off bathroom wall. Noticed as soon as we checked in. It was not taken care of. Locks had been tampered with, to go food given was the wrong order, itemized receipt not given and the total was WAY more than expected. Called the property and crowne plaza for help and was given the run around and hung up on by automated service.

This was actually my second trip to Charleston and my second time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Very nice Accommodations and Very nice staff. The room was comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay here again .

Good property. Requested a king got two queens. Fixed it but a hassle. Great to have a lighted make up mirror but it was broke. Comfortable bed and nice updated rooms. Would return.

The property is near shopping centers has a lot of potential need better staff that understands how hospitality goes a long way in keeping hotel traffic going rooms need to be updated too many things broken that needed repair the phone was not working the bathroom had a hole in the wall ice machine broken

The rooms were clean. They need better lighting. My wife couldn't use the desk for getting ready. The shower head needs help. Low water pressure and you couldn't make the head stay adjusted. It just drooped. The ice maker was inop on our floor. Only one elevator was working. I think there was some renovations happening. All around it was a good stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel needs upgrading. Only one elevator working. Only one ice machine on the 5 fl working and it was out of ice. Our 4am wake up call never happened. It is conveniently located to the airport and the shutt service was great.
