Pool was great, service pretty good too. Dogs are allowed though and next door neighbor's barking after midnight was really disturbing...parents were not home!! Rooms do need some updating. Strange centipede-looking bugs (×2) on the bathroom floor.

Pretty exceptional

The shower had little pressure & the tub drained slow , but everything else was wonderful! The location is hands down the BEST! ! ! The included breakfast tho not fancy was a delicious way to start your day . We plan on returning to Charleston again next year because there’s just so much to see ,eat , and do & we will stay here again .

Property is easy to get to and located in a great, walkable area. Unfortunately, the hotel is expensive AND parking is a separate fee ($40 day!); breakfast bar was sub-par and there is no bar/lounge onsite if that's your thing. Pretty basic hotel for the price. It was clean though.

The hotel is in a convenient walkable location. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Free bottles of water daily at front desk. Hotel in general was clean, but we didn't realize it was pet friendly. Guests with dogs all throughout hotel and in elevators. Immediately upon entering our room hit with a strong dog odor. Could not be resolved after housekeeping sprayed.

Loved Charleston, was disappointed in the room, small and needing updating, had problems with the air conditioning in the room turning on and off every minute till finally maintenance thru the circuit breaker, than room became stall.
