2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Mariner’s Walk 10F is a standout three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa in the beachfront Mariner’s Walk community at Wild Dunes — and with every bedroom having its own en suite bathroom, it’s the kind of layout that makes traveling with groups, families, or multiple generations genuinely easy. No waiting for the bathroom. No sharing. Just wake up, get ready, and head to the beach.

The villa sleeps six across a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a dual twin bedroom — all en suite — with a fully equipped kitchen, updated living spaces, and a porch balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The Mariner’s Walk private pool is just steps away, the beach is a short walk, and Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, dining, and bike trails are all within reach.

Mariner’s Walk 10F guests have exclusive access to the Mariner’s Walk private pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!
