Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed, pet friendly with a decent hot breakfast. Good value for the money. The only negative was that the pool water was turning green but it may have been due to the season not beginning yet.

The beds were not very comfortable, the pillows went horribly flat during use, and the pull out sofa bed mattress was old and stained badly. Some of the supplied kitchenwares were crusty with old food debris. The windows had all lost their thermal seals and were hazy in between the glass panes. There were no available luggage carts to be found even during an off peak time. The breakfast pancakes were rubbery, and the scrambled "eggs" were soggy and slimy. On a positive note, the front desk woman was very friendly.

I had a medical procedure done in Charleston. Hotel room was larger, quiet, good view from window, nice mattress and pillows, full size frig. Great place to relax and recoup

This suite had bed bugs and they were aware of it and still rented the place for me, they sprayed the bed and applied bed bug powders all around, when I asked them if they already knew the issue why they would rent it to someone they didn’t had answers

The room was very comfortable and clean, the space was nice to return to at the end of the day. The breakfast in the morning was very generous and delicious. Literally 5 minutes to downtown Charleston. I would absolutely return to Sonesta ES Suites!

Location was convenient. Pet areas and any grassy areas were littered with dog piles. Bags are provided, but guests are not cleaning up after their pets. If you are going to allow pets, I would expect the area to be picked up. I am a pet owner and it's amazing how many owners do not take responsibility for their pet waste.

Loved the location. Was a nice room, only downfall was we got a room with the pull out couch bed and it was so dirty, tried to flip the mattress and was absolutely terrible on the other side, so my girls had to sleep uncomfortably on the couch itself.
