Every member of the staff was exceptional. They were all very kind, helpful, gave great suggestions on things to do, and all with a smile. The property was very clean and with comfortable beds. The hotel is ready for a remodel though. The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear and the elevators and some of the common areas seemed like they couldnuse updating.

Clean room and bathroom but definitely an older Hampton Inn with 90's decor. Mattress was rather soft.
