I stayed at this location to attend a wedding. The staff was very courteous & helpful. Mylasia was the front desk receptionist & our bartender & she was a delight! Disappointments: Water pressure was extremely low. Shower head was broken (did not adjust & water sprayed everywhere). Desk chair was "peeled" & didn't look fit to sit in. As a hostess at the wedding, I found myself having to speak to the hospitality manager multiple times brining to her attn issues that should have been immediately noticed. Serving tray was wobbly; could have resulted in a disaster. This should have been noticed as they filled the tray with food. Also, they actually ran out of silverware to be used with cake serving. NOT good as this should have been anticipated in any hospitality environment! They literally were picking up plates single handed from the table, instead of using a tray or a cart, which would have been most efficient! Serving statff as pleasant I might add. Outside of a few improvements/upgrades the stay was "ok".
