The door lock did not work right from the inside trying to get out, would spend a few minutes just trying to get out of the room. There was also supposed to be a bathtub and there was not one.

The room was very dated and not in good shape! They said there would be a continental breakfast, which is the reason I picked this place and there was no such thing. In fact when I went down for breakfast, I sat at a table to be served and nobody showed up or even in the area for 10 minutes so I left. The gym had plenty of treadmills, but the weight station look like it was one of the first ones ever made and was missing parts. Very large hotel and looks like at one point. It was a great place but seems understaffed and under loved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the pool and fitness room. Unfortunately the hotel itself kind of seemed to need a little rehab, or at least a deep clean. In dim lighting things seemed okay, but when the sun came up it was a little different story. Also, the temperature in the shower didn’t get above vaguely warm, and the drain closed itself during showers, resulting in standing water. The last thing to note is one of the perks to this hotel was the airport shuttle, which turned out to be something this location didn’t offer.

They were ready way ahead of time which allowed for an early check-in (3 hours early), the hotel was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It is a "must visit again" spot

The room was nice, we had a room that overlooked the HVAC system which was fine for a 1 night stay. I thoroughly enjoyed Anthony at the front desk, he is kind and very helpful. There was a lot of noise, I assumed it was because we were near the ice machine, great tv options and connecting to the internet was easy.
