First room was ADA room, not requested. Second room, refrigerator not working , that was replaced. The room door lock failed in the morning, locked me out and took 15 mins to get back in. The entry door right outside my room did not work , making it far more inconvenient. I cancelled second night for those reasons. The staff was as good as they could be , but definitely understaffed.

Terrible Customer Service

The service from staff is terrible. They put you in rooms that you didn’t reserve/pay in advance for. Very rude customer service and high prices. Not an accommodating place. Wont recommend or stay again.
