This place is horrible with even worse customer service. Couldn’t tell you about rooms but I can say they have no problem screwing a potential customer over! I had been traveling all night due to moving and driving across the state of Wyoming. I started calling the motel around midnight on night of my reservation to explain due to weather I was running behind schedule. I told the employee I would be a super late check-in… Probably around 4:00am or 4:30am But that I just wanted a place to sleep for a couple hours until I had to return the moving truck. She said that would be fine. She would wait to do her night audit so it didn’t mark me as a no-show. I called back around 4 o’clock in the morning as I still have not made it and I was approximately an hour away at that point. I informed the employee who answered the phone of this. And he said OK he would let the other employee know. At no point did they tell me that if I didn’t arrive by 4:30 they would automatically mark me as a no-show whether I liked it or not. So when I got to the motel, they refuse to give me the room I’ve already paid for And never once said it was gonna be an issue for me to check in so late. They said I could get a room as a walk-in, but I would have to pay again. I re-explained the situation to the desk clerk at that time and said That I just wanted somewhere to lay down for a couple hours since I’ve been up all night driving. She could care less.Clearly, I walked back out. There was no reason why they
