Prior to booking, I called to confirm that the pool was operational and was told that it was. However, upon my arrival, I found that the pool is closed. Furthermore, there is a sign posted stating that it has been out of service since November.

Upon arrival and receiving keycards I was unable to get into my room and was trying for about 10 minutes. Went back to the desk and again had the same issue. There was a roach on the ceiling. When using the shower the water would not drain and was murky color. The lady at the front desk told me to contact Expedia that they would give a partial refund for the inconveniences.

It really smelled like weed in the hallways and in our room. It was noisy, people arguing. I think that might’ve been my last stay there.

The breakfast wasnt really breakfast. For how much they char free a night i would expect a full continental breakfast. When I got there the remote didn’t work, the hallways and room had a deadly smell, and when i asked for a dish package it came with stuff on them. You’re better off staying at Woodspring.

I got bedbug bites, several of them I did inform the hotel. They never called me back. I called the second time. They never called me back. I’m disappointed. They told me their insurance company will get back in touch with me. No one to this point has ever called me back.
