The exterior of the property will captivate you: a 12x6 meter chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters awaits to cool you off on sunny days. Next to it, a spacious porch with a barbecue offers the perfect corner for preparing outdoor meals and sharing unforgettable moments. Before entering the house, you'll find a small covered porch with a table and four chairs, ideal for quiet breakfasts or dinners at sunset.

The interior, distributed across one floor, features a pleasant living room with a sofa and Smart TV. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and also has a table for comfortable dining. There is air conditioning in the kitchen area and two fans and heaters available, which can be moved throughout the house as desired. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and includes a washing machine. Additionally, an iron and ironing board are available for your convenience.

If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.
