Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services, fan, and washing machine. Please note, there is no air conditioning. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, covered and uncovered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



The house includes an adjoining apartment with a sofa bed and private bathroom. If you wish to check out later than the scheduled time, you can request it from the hosts, subject to availability and for an extra fee. There is one parking space available on the property. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Only guests over 25 years old are permitted. Security cameras are installed outside and are only active when the house is unoccupied. There are fans in all rooms. Smoking and events are not allowed. The property offers handmade or homegrown products. Two bicycles are provided. There is a parking area for motorcycles and bicycles. Water-saving systems are installed. The main house has 3 bedrooms, plus an annex apartment with an additional bedroom. Once a week, a designated person will handle the exterior maintenance of the property.
