The water pressure for the shower was super weak on forth floor. The shower water wouldn’t stay warm. The shower had black hair still in it. Room is super small we had a long size room. Staff were nice!

There were pubic hairs in the shower. I was appalled. We stay here 2 to 3 times a year when visiting family. I never looked to stay anywhere else. This has to change . I was very disappointed.
