The duplex is very comfortable and cozy. You will enjoy a beautiful bedroom with a private terrace and unparalleled views, a full bathroom with a bathtub, an American kitchen, a spacious living room with a work area and access to the terrace and garden.

The urbanization's swimming pools surrounded by a tropical garden are for common use by all neighbors.
In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective as of December 2, 2024, all guests must complete online registration and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This requirement applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. The apartment is located in a tourist area, with services, supermarkets, and restaurants in both Son Xoriguer and Cala n Bosch. However, for larger purchases or to find a wider variety of shops and supermarkets, we recommend traveling to Ciutadella de Menorca, located about a 20 minute drive away. Please note that many establishments in coastal areas operate seasonally, generally from Easter through the end of October.
The apartment is located in the Pueblo Menorquín residential complex, in the Son Xoriguer area, south of Ciutadella de Menorca, one of the island s most sought after areas due to its natural surroundings and proximity to the sea. Just a few minutes walk away, you ll find supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, and public transportation, as well as free street parking in the surrounding area. Son Xoriguer Beach is about 400 meters away a small cove with white sand and turquoise waters where you can also rent equipment for water sports. The Cala n Bosch marina is 1.5 km away, a lively area around a lake with restaurants, services, pharmacies, and a gas station. For larger purchases or a wider variety of shops and supermarkets, Ciutadella is about a 20 minute drive away. If you d like to explore other beaches in southern Menorca, in about 35 minutes by car you can reach well known coves such as Son Saura, Cala en Turqueta, or Macarella. Plus, the Camí de Cavalls, the historic trail that circles the island, is just a 3 minute walk away.
To get around Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch, you can walk, take public transportation, or drive a private vehicle. These areas are easy to navigate on foot and have nearby amenities. However, to explore Menorca s various coves and points of interest, the best option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorcycle. This offers greater comfort and flexibility, and allows you to easily access beaches and natural spots that public transportation doesn t reach. If you prefer to take the bus, there are routes connecting Son Xoriguer with Ciutadella, from where you can connect to other destinations on the island. Service is limited and tends to be concentrated during the summer months, so we recommend checking the mou tmenorca website for up to date information.
On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by an open plan space that combines the fully equipped American kitchen and the cozy living dining room. Here you will find a work area with a table, lighting and armchair, ideal for people who telework and need a space, or for those moments when you need to concentrate. In addition, a comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax and enjoy the comfort of the air conditioning while contemplating the direct views of the garden and terrace. In it you will find furniture where you can rest, eat or simply enjoy the sea breeze. Going up to the first floor, a full bathroom with a shower and the impressive master bedroom await you. This spacious and bright room has a comfortable king size bed and a private terrace. From here, you can enjoy moments of peace and serenity. The apartment is within a wonderful complex with a community pool where you will have the opportunity to cool off after touring the island and observing unparalleled sunsets
Check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. The apartment has its own entrance, allowing for a convenient and flexible arrival. Before your arrival, once you have completed the online registration and paid the tourist tax, we will send you all the necessary information for accessing the apartment, as well as helpful tips for your stay. During your stay, guests will enjoy complete privacy in the apartment. Common areas, such as the garden and pool, are shared with the other residents of the complex.
