“Cala Blanca” is a cozy 45m2 apartment, forming part of the complex "Cales de Menorca", located in Cala Blanca, in the southern area of Ciutadella.

Cales de Menorca has a total of 10 accommodations of different capacities, located around a central communal pool.

All our accommodations combine comfort and style, and are characterized by being functional, bright and well-air-conditioned spaces.

Our guests highlight the tranquillity of the surroundings, ideal for a few days of relaxation or even for teleworking.

Cales de Menorca 1, has:

• A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobe. Is a private and quiet space where you can enjoy a good rest.
• Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffee maker…
• Living-dining room with TV, coffee table and sofa bed, perfect for hosting a third guest.
• Bathroom with walk-in shower for better mobility, sink and toilet.
• Private terrace with 15 m2 porch overlooking the pool, furnished with table and chairs and a couple of hammocks for sunbathing.
• Barbecue upon special request with a small extra charge for use and disposal (do not hesitate to contact us for futher information).
• Beach towels for rent.

We provide bed linen and towels for private use, and we give our guests a first-use kit for the kitchen, bathroom and complimentary amenities.

For an additional comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning or heating, depending on the season of the year you visit us, and has a ceiling fan in the living room area.

In short, this apartment is an ideal retreat for up to 3 guests, combining functionality with a cozy and modern atmosphere, to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Menorca.
