As soon as you set foot in our flat, you’ll be dazzled by every single space where you can enjoy an incredible holiday with family or friends.

The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen-diner. It also boasts a unique open-plan layout: a spacious terrace overlooking the sea.

It forms part of an exclusive complex situated just metres from the sea. At the front of the property there are two large French windows; one leads into the living room, the other into the dining room and kitchen.

The dining room has a round table with chairs which, via a breakfast bar, is integrated into the fully equipped kitchen. This area is air-conditioned.

A large archway connects the living room, which features spacious armchairs, a television and books; ideal for relaxing and entertaining.
Two people can sleep here, as it has a comfortable sofa bed.

The three bedrooms all have double beds, air conditioning, storage space and bedside tables. All have windows overlooking the complex’s swimming pool, allowing you to feel the sea breeze.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, the flat has two well-equipped bathrooms with showers, which combine modernity with the Menorcan style of the building.

The highlight of the flat is the open-air terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the sea or the swimming pool whilst relaxing in the comfortable armchairs. There is also a barbecue with all the essentials for a wonderful time dining al fresco, as there is an outdoor table and chairs at the front of the property.

The property forms part of a unique complex with a shared outdoor swimming pool, which is large enough for all residents to take a dip during their stay.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- Air conditioning is available in all rooms. The system also has a heating function to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require advice, we are available and will be delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A security deposit is required via a temporary hold on the credit card. The deposit amount is 300 €. The hold will be placed on the day of check-in and automatically released 3 days after check-out.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome kit containing basic cleaning products for kitchenware, toilet paper and bin bags upon arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The choice between travelling by public transport or private vehicle in Menorca depends on several factors, including your personal preferences, the level of flexibility you require, and the activities you plan to enjoy during your stay.

We generally recommend having your own vehicle, as it allows you to experience the island in a more comfortable and flexible way, while also giving you access to more remote locations. However, we understand that this is a personal choice.
