As you step inside, you’ll find a spacious and light-filled bedroom, decorated with the characteristic charm of the Menorcan style. The double bed and ceiling fan ensure a good night’s sleep, whilst the large windows let natural light flood into the room, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere to wake up to each morning.

The fully fitted bathroom with shower combines functionality and elegance, whilst the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals using fresh local produce.

The living room, bathed in natural light, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy moments of peace and tranquillity after a day of exploring.
With a comfortable double sofa bed and air conditioning, this space becomes a cosy retreat where you can relax and recharge your batteries.

From the living room, you can step out onto the private terrace, an oasis of serenity where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and take in the views of the garden. With an outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers on the lawn, the terrace is the ideal spot to prepare and savour al fresco meals, relax with a good book or simply take in the peaceful and serene atmosphere around you.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- There is air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- Free on-street parking is available.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require any advice, we will be available and delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A damage deposit of €300 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome pack containing basic cleaning products for the kitchen, toilet paper and bin bags on arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor and some features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The choice between travelling by public transport or private vehicle in Menorca depends on several factors, including your personal preferences, the level of flexibility you require and the activities you plan to enjoy during your stay.

We generally recommend having your own vehicle, as it allows you to experience the island in a more comfortable and flexible way, while also giving you access to more remote locations. However, we understand that this is a personal choice.

If this option is not suitable for you, there is no need to worry. The Mou-t Menorca website provides up-to-date routes and timetables, helping you visit the island’s towns, cities and some of Menorca’s most beautiful beaches.
