As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a cosy and bright atmosphere that will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The flat, situated on the first floor, has two bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to four people. The master bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. You’ll also find a fully fitted bathroom with a shower to freshen up after a day in the sun.

The open-plan kitchen has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals during your stay.

The living room is spacious and bright, with two comfortable sofas, a table and chairs, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.

But the highlight of this flat is the stunning views of the sea and the Faro d’Artruxt lighthouse from the terrace. Here you’ll find outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy your meals al fresco whilst taking in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- The living room has air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- The residential complex has free outdoor parking.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the flat, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require recommendations, we will be available and delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A security deposit is required via a temporary hold on the credit card. The deposit amount is 300 €. The hold will be placed on the day of check-in and automatically released 3 days after check-out.

- The flat is situated on the first floor and you will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the property.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome pack containing basic cleaning products for the kitchen, toilet paper and bin bags on arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor and some features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The choice between travelling by public transport or private vehicle in Menorca depends on several factors, including your personal preferences, the level of flexibility you require and the activities you plan to enjoy during your stay.

If you would like to travel by bus, the area is connected to Ciutadella via route 65.

We generally recommend having your own vehicle, as it allows you to experience the island in a more comfortable and flexible way, while also giving you access to more remote locations. However, we understand that this is a personal choice.

If this option is not suitable for you, there is no need to worry. The Mou-t Menorca website provides up-to-date routes and timetables, helping you visit the island’s towns, cities and some of Menorca’s most beautiful beaches.
