Sean and Kaleel were amazing the evening we checked in. Britannie and Maria worked the breakfast area and were unreal. Brittanie should be a trainer. It showed that Maria was a newer employee and Britannie went the extra mile to help and teach her the correct way to use the system, she was patient and very helpful.

The staff was friendly however upon checking in we were told that the pool and hot tub were not in service. We cam to Ohio with 2 other family’s and the only reason we all stayed here was so that our kids could swim. No pool, no hot tub, and no kitchen staff. Our shower was slow draining and had to stand in inches of water. We would’ve cancelled our reservation however we booked through Expedia and were told we’d need to work with them to cancel. Rather than risk no other hotels nearby and not being able to cancel and be reimbursed we stayed.

Absolutely horrendous. The desk chair was broken, room was unclean and smelled like musk with hairs EVERYWHERE in the bathroom (inside the room.) The pool was inoperable, and there was no business center area. Lastly, the lot wasn't plowed very good

Staff was fantastic but the conditions of the hotel were not the greatest. When I book a hotel my search includes ac/ free parking, hot tub and pool. We noticed a cover on the hot tub and found out it's been broken and shut down for a while. That was a major disappointment . I would've booked somewhere else if I had known that. The first night was terrible in room 305. Both beds have springs that jab u all over. Especially in the ribs and hips. We requested a different room and were accommodated but the ice machine on the 3rd floor has black mildew chunchs in it so that was gross too. Definitely won't be staying at this Marriott again.
