Beautiful hotel with amazing staff!

We stayed at the Drury Hotel for a few days to celebrate our child's birthday. It was a wonderful experience! We had a later check-in due to travel, and the front desk staff in the evening was exceptional and moved the process along fast for us. Everyone in the dining room was super kind and helpful. We ate/enjoyed drinks in the restaurant, and we couldn't have loved our bartenders anymore! Kyana, Dean & Lane went above and beyond for us. Our kids enjoyed the pool daily, and the maintenance man was so sweet and brought out a few pool toys for them to play with. The hotel is thoroughly clean and everyone is beyond helpful. Would absolutely recommend to others and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Was very pleased. All of your staff was wonderful! Located very close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was our spot to visit and reason for coming to Cleveland, so yay! Only complaint - the jets in the hot tub were not very strong.

Staff were kind. Amenities were great and happy to have dinner snacks and drinks plus breakfast covered! Having kids with us, it helped that they had options for food. They loved the indoor pool and spent lots of time there. Snacks in the pantry were not overpriced neither for a late night snack!

The staff were excellent. From the valet to the front desk to the servers. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was well appointed and comfortable and clean. Free breakfast and daily happy hour were a bonus. There was a great variety of food and it was hot and delicious. It was also nice to have a restaurant on site. It was in the perfect location for us.
