Staff was amazing. Hotel was great. No issues with breakfast but the dinner seemed to run out of things pretty quick. Other then that no complaints. We were in walking distance to the browns stadium and there was a fun winter wonderland in the town square.

The building and room were great. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Parking/valet wasn’t great. They should have at least four valets two to park and two to meet guests and move cars. Waited in line for about twenty minutes. The workers did the best they cld well those who were working and not the girl on her phone the entire time.

We had a perfect romantic weekend getaway planned at a beautiful hotel (Drury Cleveland Downtown) that we were familiar with because of previous stays. That was ruined because our room was directly behind the loud elevator and all we could hear our entire stay was the loud thumping, clunking, & banging from the elevator!! I did complain and we were refunded one of our nights.... but then things got personal and way worse when today I found out I have item stolen from my car that we trusted to Drury's Valet Service!!!! Disgusting & Unforgivable. I understand that no matter how hard a business might try to hire trustworthy & honest people that no matter what stuff like this is inevitably still going to happen, and thats unfortunate and we were the unfortunate customers. I cant begin to explain my disgust I am feeling and am at a loss for words really so I am going to stop here with this warning... If you stay at the Downtown Cleveland Drury, make sure you take their disclaimer about using their Valet service serious, it says they are not responsible if anything comes up missing from your vehicle and some of their Valet Employees mean to enforce that by stealing!
