I showed up for my reservation late in the day that I had booked two weeks prior. I was told by receptionist they had no room for me. No explanation. No apology. Just said they tried to call me and I didnt answer. As if that waa a valid reason to not honor my reservation. I did not hreceive a voicemail or email. And apparently no accountability or communication with hotels.com. Horrible customer service.

Ok for one night.

The front desk staff was very friendly, but the room smelled like smoke and food (likely from the prior guests). The floor appeared dirty but the beds seemed clean. The hotel was ok for one night but I wouldn't stay here longer than that.
