We visit family in Cleveland every year, and this is our new home away from home. Everything was clean, the morning breakfast is excellent and the staff is so nice and accommodating. A shout out to Joe who helped us get checked in and guided us to cancelling one of the rooms. He is a good person and should be commended.

This is my third time staying here and each time it has been a pleasant experience. Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is quite comfortable. The included breakfast is so convenient, especially the hours of operation. Nice choices for a good breakfast!! You won’t be disappointed here!!
