The hotel was not clean. Nice rooms, nice pool and sauna. Staff was friendly and professional. They need to step up the cleanliness of this hotel.

Room was good. Parking is valet only and $25 more. Should be in the price to let people make informed decisions. Dumbest idea I’ve ever seen at IHG properties worldwide. If this was my only IHG option in Cleveland I’d cancel my account.

The hotel staff were very unfriendly. I overheard one maintenance worker very loudly berating his supervisor as lazy and never working. I was also verbally confronted by the lobby cleaning lady when I was sitting in a lounge and she decided it was time to mop that section. She ranted at me that she can never work because “you guys” always are in her way (meaning paying customers).
