The valet parking is $25 a night and you have to wait like 30 minutes even if you call ahead of time. I missed my dinner reservation waiting on my valet. Why charge so much for valet (mandatory pretty much) if the service is poor.

I had an excellent experience. Courteous and respectful staff members who we did meet with smiles on their faces. If one should chooses to eat the buffet breakfast in the cafe, make sure to be served by Michael; whom I was very impressed by with his comment to service. Once it to floors to the rooms, all was pleasantly quiet.

Hotel was great. I had surgery at Cleveland Clinic and was in the hospital longer than anticipated. The staff was great to help my spouse getting extra nights added. The shuttle service was very convenient. Restaurant and bar was excellent.

The hotel is great. There's a shuttle back and forth to the hospital. After shuttle hours a police escort will take you. Like most hospitals, the area around it is not that great. I say it's a transitional neighborhood because there are some new builds and restorations among those that are in pretty bad shape. I wouldn't walk through the neighborhood -especially if alone.

The property was unsafe and dirty. We were stolen from half our clothes were stolen as well as medications. The room was dirty. The toilet backed up 3x. We waited 12 hours for maintenance. We also spent about 2000 for a week stay. There was an adjoining room with a door that didn't lock. We waited 3 hours for them to investigate and were told that they couldn't do anything. I had breast removal surgery and need rest but didn't get any.

This hotel was a top notch choice for me and my family. We were able to book last minute, and the staff were very accommodating. We traveled for my daughter’s birthday, and the staff treated my baby so sweet and made our stay memorable. We absolutely will stay here again.
