The bathroom was small. The room I booked showed a walk in shower and that’s not what I got and the breakfast was a disappointment too. But the staff was super nice and friendly!!

The refridgerator in the room was broken. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, but they have them available. You can also get a coffee maker, they have coffee and grab and go breakfast. The room was clean and the linens were clean.

One of the key features of booking a hotel for my family is having a pool. We were unaware of the pool being repaired. Now, I understand that maintenance is a necessity but with 4 kids it would have been nice to be made aware of prior to our stay. When I checked in and asked for the pool hours Chris (front desk clerk) just pointed to the small sign taped to the front of the desk and states that it is closed. When I booked the room I made sure I booked it for 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, which is a necessity for a family of 6. We did not get queens, we got 2 full sized beds instead. Our room floor was filthy. Our socks/ bare feet became black with dirt. There was no door mat to put our wet/ snowy boots on so the floor wouldn't become more dirty.

Location was spot on to all surrounding with a 12 min ride to the convention center and close to restaurants. Only thing id complain about is our entrance door wasn't properly installed and you could here everything in the hallways. Over all decent place to stay

The best part about this hotel was the employees. They were all genuinely nice. The pool was cloudy and the interior walls of the pool were grimy. This is the first hotel we stayed in that we actually had to Collect all of our trash and dispose of it ourselves. The room that we stayed in had a ton of water damage from prior stays the door to our room, had a large gap underneath of it so you could see out into the hallway. The room was not very clean, there were food and drink spots on the walls in several places in the couch Was filthy stained. There was food left in the refrigerator prior guests. The bathroom door handle was a wreck. You could smell cigarette smoke outside of our room. The beds were very uncomfortable And I was pretty sure that when I booked the rooms we were supposed to have queen beds in it but instead they were the size of a full bed. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing. They offered coffee or hot chocolate for drinks. Also offered tiny muffins and oatmeal packets, Along with yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and limited fruit. This property has a lot of repairs that needs to be made and updated. So in summary, the employees were the highlight of our stay.
