The property was super nice, clean friendly staff and very convenient to different things. Very nice neighborhood for kids. The room itself was clean, the rooms could use some painting and updating based on other suites I have stayed at with my family.

overall Im conflicted about my stay. breakfast was great, and also they do a dinner Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, which was a great perk. but the housekeeping while even light was not great, we had to go down to the front desk multiple times for things that should have been replenished. staff in general were just not friendly. the room when first go in seems clean but if you look closer especially in the kitchen it’s definitely not as clean as it should be. the mattress also dipped and sank, so was not the best. i loved the location as it was so close for college drop off and was quiet. pool was great. other than the broken ladder. not sure i would stay again.

We stayed for the Morgan Wallen concert in Cleveland this past weekend. We were only about 25 min. away from venue. Clean, super friendly staff, great atmosphere and close to shopping and food. Super satisfied with our stay!
