My daughter and I arrived to a room with stained towels and hair in the clogged shower drain. Fun. Both chairs on the room had “questionable stains”, to put it nicely. At 2:30am we were awakened by children running up and down the hallway screaming and laughing. I went to call the front desk but the phone was not only unhooked from the wall, but the headset part was unplugged and wouldn’t work when I put everything back the way it should be. So I had to Google the hotel phone number and ask the employee downstairs to please do something about it. The toilet wouldn’t stop running and you had to fiddle with it to get the tank to fill again. Overall a terrible experience.

I would never stay here again. People doing drugs in the parking lot, disgusting bathroom, a loud train at all hours of the day/night, felt unsafe, the bed was like sleeping in a taco and wrecked my back, heater was super loud in the room. Avoid this place.

Just so so.

The hotel itself seems like an old Hampton Inn they ‘renovated’. The lobby is nice, breakfast was adequate, front desk person was nice. The condition of the hotel is rough. Paint peeling off the tub, grungy corners with other folks hair, counters were dusty/sticky.
