Being a single young man, was profiled as a trouble maker and was roomed in a smoking room, and next to the office! As working in the hospitality industry myself and it being very late when checking in I didn’t have the energy nor the time to challenge the room placement. Although when getting to my room I did notice the parking lot was pretty much empty and rooms were vacant!

Surprising

We needed a last minute room in CDA and didn’t want to pay summer prices. We went with this place reluctantly but were pleasantly surprised. Clean considering, and decently new inside. Highway noise as to be expected along the freeway but “good enough”. Would stay here again in a pinch.

Have stayed there once a year for 3 years and every time the key died and we had to go to the office (usually late at night) to get it reprogramed. Otherwise everything OK as expected at a lower priced motel--no shampoo, no Kleenex type tissue, no iron etc.

King bed with only 2 very thin pillows. My husband and I both use 2 pillows each. Only 2 towels. There was pet fur in many spots (tv, tv remote, table). Extremely thin blanket that for some reason is underneath the sheet. No hair dryer. No kleenex box. No complimentary shampoo or conditoner. No coffee maker in room. Many people were just sitting in their vehicles in the parking lot for hours at a time in the evening and during night. Most likely because the motel has free wifi, so people park there to use it, taking up spots.
