Alluring Southwest Colorado Springsin koti sijaitsee Cheyenne Canonissa. Vain 4 korttelin päässä Broadmoor-hotellista ja 1 korttelin päässä Stratton Open Space -reittipäästä, joka tarjoaa monia kilometrejä vaellus- ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Tai haasta itsesi maantiepyörälläsi ajaessasi ylös North Cheyenne Canonin tiellä Helen Hunt Fallsiin!
Talossa on parkettilattiat kaikkialla ja täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on kaikki olennaiset osat, kuten ruokailuvälineet, lautaset, astiat, lasit, kattilat ja pannut, liesi, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni ja kahvinkeitin. Takaportin ulkopuolella on kaasu BBQ.
Makuuhuone # 1: ssa on queen-vuode ja makuuhuoneessa # 2 & # 3 on täysi sänky. Olohuoneessa on mukavat sohvat, taulu-HD-TV, kaapelitelevisio, internetyhteys ilmainen WiFi koko talossa.
On upea katettu kuisti talon edessä! Suuri ottaa aamuauringon aamulla kahvia tai lasillista viiniä illalla.
Talon takaosassa on 2 auton kiinnitetty autotalli, jossa on ensimmäinen tila. Pesula ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat aivan keittiön vieressä. Kylpyhuoneessa on amme / suihku, pesuallas jne. Enjoyable stay

The location of this house is excellent. It is close to the zoo, garden of the gods, pikes peak, and many various other hikes and waterfalls. The house itself was fine, but definitely old. The floors were very creaky and the bed my wife and I slept on was obnoxiously loud. Any repositioning would wake the other person up. The layout of the home was not very good for families with young kids. The doors don't seal noise out and the living room is in the middle of all the rooms, so it was hard to do much after the kids went to bed. This review is starting to sound negative, but the house really was enjoyable and offered everything you would want from a rental, I just feel it would be better for a family with older kids or only adults.

Great place!

The house had everything in it you needed for you to stay. Quite and comfortable. We were able to see some deer next door. The farthest drive we took was 30min only because my daughter wanted to go somewhere specific. It was a great location. The only thing that could have made it a little better is maybe some seating in the back area. This is more of a preference.

Great location!

This was a fabulous home base for The Broadmoor activities, COG Railroad to Pikes Peak, GOG and Glen Eyrie. Right up the street is a fabulous cafe, Sacred Grounds. The front porch is a great place to relax after a busy day and the mornings are magical with the deer. Highly recommend.

Great Colorado Stay

The house was clean and beautifully decorated, and I greatly appreciate the kitchen and bathroom items available, since not all rental homes include those. We did have a small leak when it rained hard and the owner was over immediately and a plumber came to fix it within hours. My only complaint is the master bedroom bed was very squeaky for “mommy and daddy time”, especially with one of the kiddo room right next door. Otherwise, staying in this house made us feel at home for the week we were there. Thank you!!!

Charming house in great area

The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable for 3 friends. It's location is so convenient to so many attractions and beautiful parks. And we saw deer in the backyard and nearby. We would stay agai .

Great location - House Outdated

While the owner is nice & responsive, the home needs updating. It is small, basic amenities, several windows do not have screens, air conditioner is window unit, bedrooms very small, could use new mattress in master bedroom, has old furniture......the location is great to Cheyenne Canyon and mountain activities. Home has garage and nice front porch & fenced in yard. Overall a good experience.

Perfect spot

We loved this place. It was perfect for myself, husband and two teens so they had their own room. Super clean, kitchen stocked with everything, and super close coffee shop and hiking. The owner very responsive and friendly with local recommendations. Easy drive to all locations to visit including Denver.

Perfect home for a week long stay with our dog!

House is perfectly located near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and The Broadmoor. Huge hiking area just steps up the street with a cute cafe nearby. House was well appointed and Steve was so easy to work with. Highlight of the trip was the mama deer and her babies that were in the front yard every morning and evening. Highly recommend!

Excellent rental experience

House was very clean, and was well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great quiet location for a family with 2 adult kids since there were 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Steve was very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed

My girlfriends and I came out to the Springs for some hiking and a 5k. This cozy house was perfect- close to trails, not far from downtown or Ivywild for some post hike drinks. There was a coffee shop and breakfast place just right down the road. The porch was perfect for chatting and enjoying natures sounds. It’s elevated far enough off the road so as not to be disturbed by cars driving by. Steve was very kind and communicative. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great visit to COS

Steve is a great host, very communicative and quick to respond. The home was nicely located near Cheyenne Mtn and we enjoyed the proximity to Helen Hunt Falls. There is a window AC unit in the dining room and they provided several fans to help circulate the air. We enjoyed seeing a deer in the front lawn on our last day!

Great location and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Everything we did was within a 10-15 min short drive. Home is very clean and well stocked. We cooked most meals at home and had no issue. Steve was very responsive to all our questions. Our kids especially enjoyed seeing the family of deer that visited the home each day.

Family adventure 2023

This property was our first stay on a 2 week adventure through Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada. The description and pictures of the property were EXACTLY as described. Steve was a very attentive and prompt host when we had a BBQ grill need.

Great place!

This property is in an excellent location and was perfect for our family of 4 plus pup! Property manager has excellent communication and is very friendly/helpful. We enjoyed zip lining in Manitou Springs, visits to Helen Hunt falls and hikes at Stratton open space. We drank coffee/tea in the morning on the porch and enjoyed watching the deer up close. Hope to stay here again when we visit the area!

Wonderful stay

We had a fabulous stay at this home. It was clean and the owner has great communication and was very accommodating. The location is so close to many tourists attractions. We had fun watching deer in the yard. It was nice to have items like shampoo, coffee filters, paper towels, and many other items provided.

Perfect nature retreat

Has everything you need in a great location. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning watching the wildlife. The host is great with communication and is very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Good Location

The property was clean. The rooms are small but sufficient for what my sister and I needed for our stay in Colorado. We did not have any issues with check in or check out. Having access to a garage to park our vehichle was a bonus. The location is close to the Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor.

Convenient, peaceful and private

The property was conveniently located to attractions and hiking trails around Colorado Springs yet gave you enough privacy to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The front porch was a great place to chill.
