This place was a lot better than I had been led. You expect the cleanliness. The staff was really nice Jacuzzi hot and nice even though it broke for a few days that’s life big pool indoor convenient for getting in and out of the place for town and doing stuff it was really located. Good all in all I like it. I’ll be glad to go back Good value for your dollar.

Had 3 people in the room. They only gave 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towel. Dresser was broken. Bed and curtain very worn. The door handle to the room was broken. Had to get the key card rekeyed every day. The smoke detector was beeping when we got there. Asked them to fix it and they just took the smoke detector out of the room. Staff was nice when I asked for things.

Anniversary to not remember

My husband and I went for our anniversary. The hot tub wasn't working. We had to ask for a shower chair and an extra blanket. Breakfast was gone when we got there at 8 am and they were supposed to serve until 9 am.

Our main entrance door is hard to open- looks like it was broken into before The towel rack in our bathroom is broken and missing polls Painting missing in our room and you can see where it used to be Toliet seat broke off after touching it Blankets for the bed haven't been changed Blankets also have holes in them They dont have replacement sheets. They took our sheets to one of the beds to get washed and never got them back One light doesn't turn on without fighting with the knob The fridge broken Freezer makes everything into frozen bricks Not enough privacy The blinds dont cover windows- took 3 days to get fixed Middle Curtain line missing One shorter than the other for the blackout curtains Light bulb cover broken We had to request for a vacuum and vacuumed our own room Pillows - not enough for guests Towels - dont have enough for guests. We had two nights with no towels Washer for the hotel is being used for workers personal laundry Room services are not being done in our room All they take is trash we leave at our door or it wont be taken at all Bfast is trash

Checked in and discovered our door lock was broken, Our rooms TV, TV remote and alarm clock didnt work, Our bedsheets were stained, no fire alarm, cracks and holes in wall, damaged furniture. We were told our room couldn't be changed because it was already deemed dirty but luckily the front desk worked looked out for us before our plans were ruined and gave us a new room however our new room also had stains, mold in the bathroom, dents in the wall, trash not emptied and smelled of weed

The rooms were not clean. We didn't have towels. The shower curtain was about 2 inches short and hung above the tub which caused water to leak out. The bed had stains. The couch was dirty. The staff was rude.

Horrible stay!

I do not recommend this hotel, the front desk girl was nice but the room was not up to standards it had no remote for the tv, no fridge, no coffee pot, no microwave and the sink in the bathroom was leaking the floor was wet and the room smelled like moldy. We kept asking the front desk for a tv remote so we could at least try to watch a movie or something to relax and she kept saying that they were stolen and she didn’t have any. We ended up leaving at midnight because of the smell and noise from the front desk.

The fridge in my room only froze items no matter what setting it was on, the sheets, pillow cases and floor were all dirty. The peep hole didn't work properly, you had to stand away from it to see into the hallway. The TVs remote didn't work properly, it wouldn't change channels so it was stuck on one channel the entire time. If you want to be warm and cuddly under the blankets, bring your own, it's essentially two flat sheets, the top ones just decorative. My friends room; the bedding looked dirty, and his fridge didn't work. It wasn't worth complaining about, this is a motel you should probably keep to yourself, especially if you're a female.

So they're saying Under the Sun yeah right

We went there to stay as a family we got there the hot tub had no Jets the Jets were broken there was no shampoo conditioner soaps in the bathroom no Kleenex one towel and a double Queen room no bathmat the ice machine was broken you had to walk across the street to another hotel to get ice they had no ice buckets overall it was not a good stay

room was disgusting blankets & sheets had burn holes blood on wall the chair had stains burns holes was nasty burnt holes in both beds shower the only clean offered one towel for self 1 for floor no wash towel I travel with my own sheets there were no bugs they also $100 deposit for what I have no idea the place is nasty the people staying there were questionable there is no pride in this hotel now wonder why they have the clientele they have disturbing how they can charge what they charge for a room I will be complaining tried to insert photos but it won't let me
