There was no pool/hot tub inside this hotel as it listed it having and showed pictures as well. You have to drive to Gold King Mountain Inn to utilize. The shower gel was empty in shower, there was a light out in bathroom, there wasn’t a keurig inside room as I was told there was when I called.

It was our only destination for the trip so everything we needed was there except the pool and hot tub. They are on the sister property and this wasn't advertised this way so if that is a priority I would recommend the other property. Since it was winter night and cold we just skipped it

No one was at the front desk when we checked out to complain about the bathroom vent that banged unless it was turned on. Also there is no way to get from the hotel to the restaurant and casino without going outside in the snow and wind

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. Arranged for our group to stay on the same floor in adjacent rooms even though we all made separate arrangements. Was surprised to discover that the hotel and casino were not in the same building - one is across the street from the other. Not ideal in bad weather. Hotel was on the far end of Main Street and at the top of the hill. Not walkable for a lot of people.

A one night get away

The hotel is clean, the front desk girl was havy one thing or another while trying to check people in, and she did it very calmly. The only thing i had a problem with was the pillows, they were not very comfortable. Over all a great place to stay.

Nice value.

Room was quite small, but adequate. Bathroom sink drain was extremely slow. Shower gel dispenser in shower was empty. Room decor was quite nice. Geena at check in was very quick and friendly.
