The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff and breakfast was great! My only complaint was the pool was closed for maintenance, but they allowed us to go to the hotel Nextdoor to swim.

This trip was 1 disappointment after another. The only reason I booked this hotel to begin with was the pool and hot tub. Which was not in service, wasn’t told that pool was also closed. Employees that came to kick us out of pool area was very rude and unprofessional. Also when booking this hotel while traveling on the road, the Expedia app booked hotel for the next day. So when being done driving for the night, We went to hotel,only to be told in a very rude manor that property was sold out for the night . We asked why was we able to book a room, was offered no explanation or even kind words, for our situation.

The room was musty, There were several bugs on the walls. There also were a few lady bug type bugs in the Bed. Needless to say My wife and I did not sleep in the room because of the bug issue. We did not bring this up while we were there because we were tired and wanted to sleep. We ended up reserving another room at a different hotel.

The room was excellent....clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was spotless and the food was really really good. We would have given it a 5 star but there was NO water in the hot tub and the water in the swimming pool was not clean. The kitchen and the housecleaning staff were both very friendly....the staff at the front desk was lukewarm at best. We think they could do better at making guests feel welcome at check-in.

It smelled like weed so bad when we arrived. I was disappointed to see that they gave us ONE bar of soap to use in the shower (gross, who shares bar soap?). They charged us $6 for 2 bottles of water. The attendant checking us out was so engrossed on her phone we startled her when we came up. She didn’t even thank us or anything. Never staying here again.

We chose this hotel for room, pool and most importantly the hot tub. I called the reservation line and they confirmed the hotel had a hot tub and that it was working. When we got to the hotel, it was broken down and had been for sometime. Speaking with staff, the owner knows about it and refuses to update the website because it would discourage people from making reservations there. I hope the owners starts doing the right thing. S

It was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was very pleasant and efficient. We liked its location because it was close to restaurants but somehow a little quieter than you would normally get. I very much appreciated the good lighting in the room, particularly the gooseneck reading lights by the bed!
