Is was older and a little run down. The shower head didn't work properly. Also when I checked in the wanted a xerox copy of my ID and credit card, that keep on file. I'm not sure of another Hotel that does that.

I had an exterminator come to my house & he advised to stay at a hotel with my son for the night because of the smell. I came here and it was cheap.. wasn’t expecting that much cockroaches honestly I hate them but it wasn’t bad. The bed was great and comfy.

I was given Room 312, upon entering the window was wide open and there was no screen, they are doing construction so with the window open everything in the room was covered with dust and dirt. The hallways looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in months, homeless people sleeping on the luggage carts in the entrance way. The furniture in the room looked like it was at least 15 years old. If there are no other hotels near here available sleep in your car

It was the worst place I have ever seen, and I have travelled around the world. We did not stay and left within 30 minutes. We had to drive home at midnight 3 hrs. It was disgustingly dirty with cockroaches and furniture falling apart. I may call the health department. It should not be on your website.

Cockroaches all over property, traps hidden in rooms. Moldy shower curtains. Dirty used bar of soap left in the shower. Coat hanger pulled out of the wall, poor fixed hole in the bathroom door. Our room smelt like wet paint for hours, when we talked to the person at the front desk. They came to the room and said they couldn’t smell anything, as if we were lying. Said it was coming from the hallway, when asked they’d be painting when people are staying on the floor. He argued with us, said there were no rooms to move us to, then found us on room on the same floor that he said where the paint smells were coming from. Crackheads everywhere screaming outside. No breakfast and cockroaches in the lobby. We had to work with Expedia to cancel the second night, extremely disappointed with the customer service and the state of the room.

This property doesn’t look like the pictures at all! The blinds were broken in the room, bed was hard and the shower did not work. So I cancelled my stay for the remaining days and they refused a refund. Not very accommodating at all with my experience.

Check was quick and easy. The room was disgusting. There was a screw on the headboard right where your head would be, I killed 3 cockroaches and a spider in the room. On the floor there was old food, garbage, and dead bugs behind the nightstand. The blankets had numerous burn holes on them. The sheets appeared clean. Slept with only a sheet on. The door had been damaged a few times and lock geld on by a small screw. Used the chair and my luggage to barricade the door closed. The towels had stains on them from makeup or blood? This was a pretty rough place.

I arrived and wish demanded a different room. No lights worked, unclean room. Compared to other motels in area this one has not stood to other motels value and cleanliness. Was kept awake by parking lot load talk and security poor. Customer service just good for letting you check-in and let me know where the spoons would be for creamer for coffee. Can eat nearby .
