We complained because the kitchen floor and the bathroom floor was so slippery you couldnt even stand up. Asked if it could be cleaned and mopped. Nothing was done. Also couldnt breath because of all the marijuana being smoked in our hallway or a room close by. Nothing was addressed after speaking with the staff at the front desk. Not sure if we stay again.

The stay was okay, we got there about 250 and the room was not ready until 315, check-in was at 3 and lets just say staff was friendly at all no apology of anything for the room being late. Booked a fireplace suite but didnt get that but we just rolled with it didnt want to wait any longer or walk back down to complain. Room wasnt even clean but okay. Hotel is large and the room spacious. Breakfast was just okay very few options. The stay was just okay.

7 out of 10 for clean room Let let people smoke funny cigarettes in the rooms. Breakfast is 6-9 and 8:30 most of it is gone and they don’t refill. About 10 people was looking for breakfast It was 80° in the dining room that morning. Weirdly it was 65° when i checked in the day before.

The property was quiet with very nice staff. We came from Florida and the hospitality of this property was greatly welcomed. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfast tasted great as well.

Perfect for families

Great room layouts especially for families where you need a separate space for kids and adults in the same room. The included breakfast and pool were an even better bonus.

First night there I’d notice towels with makeup on them and the room looked to be “spot clean” and not thoroughly cleaned (fridge dirty, freezer needs defrost/ frost everywhere, sticky counters/ table). I normally sanitize anyways, so after cleaning was done, I was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Pool isn’t kid friendly ( 4 night stay due to home repairs /kids weren’t happy). Door wouldn’t stay shut/ lock unless you slammed the door! Walls are pretty thin, can literally hear everything! Kept my tv on just to drown out the noise. If you know how to adjust and don’t mind doing so, then hey this place is cool🙃
