Experience overall okay

The overall stay wasn’t that bad it did take a while for me to receive extra towels as requested. Also, the bathroom smelled like mildew so I bought some products just to make the smell go away. Another thing that I was surprised at is when I opened up the microwave there was still food left in it from maybe a previous customer and the silverware in the dishwasher was still dirty. Staff was very friendly and did ask via text about your stay and experience but I think as far as the extra towels it was so busy they forgot so we had to ask again from another employee 3-4 hrs later.

Terrible experience

Reserved a room with 2 beds for a family trip and a kitchen for a child with food allergies. On check in they told us they did not have the room as “someone had requested to extend their stay.” The only room they could offer was a single king bed. Since 4 people can’t sleep in a king bed we said that wouldn’t work. They ended up getting us a double queen room at the Hilton next door with no kitchen. When I asked the GM if they would refund the difference he said no because we turned down the king room they offered. He was rude and dismissive. Terrible experience would not recommend this hotel at all.

In general the hotel was clean and some of the guest are ghetto and just stare especially the cleaning lady that helps with food / dining area, she makes you feel really uncomfortable with how she stares at you non stop and looks confrontational, very weird/odd behavior, no hot tub which is another thing that sucked and pool was too cold. We actually booked a suite just to swim and the pool was too cold for the kids, they couldn’t stay in long.

Will not stay in Easton area again!!!!!

Multiple cars were broken into including mine. The milk was spoiled at breakfast and had to rip it out of my kids hands. Staff was not very helpful when I asked then to call police to report an incident.

Breakfast was very good. Virginia is definitely a bonus. Love her. My only disappointment was that the pool temperature was too cool. Its a comment everyone that came to swim agreed with.

Pool closed

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a pool for our kids. Upon checking in no one informed us that the pool was closed. We got everyone ready and went to the pool only to see that it was closed for some reason. This was very frustrating and disappointing. I would probably go somewhere else next time.

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was clean with spacious rooms. The full kitchen was a plus! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious. Maya the breakfast attendant was a real ray of sunshine. Very attentive and friendly, greeting us with a radiant smile!

I understand being short staffed. However one regular queen bed and the pull out chouse bed had unclean sheets. The pull out bed sheets smelled to bad we had to spray the room all night to get the smell out. When called down to the home desk asking for them to bring new sheets and take the old ones away, we were pretty much told that wasnt their job and got hung up on. We were in town for a bachlorette party, one bridesmaid ended up leaving at 11 to drive 2 hrs home for not having a clean bed to sleep on and i ended up sleeping on the very hard couch due to not having clean sheets or pullows for the pull out. Terrible service I expect way more for $$ you pay. We will never use this hotel again.
