First time at this property. Asked for a king room that was not rented to animals and was very pleased with cleanliness and all aspects of my room. I will a little concerned about required damage deposit, but that was not charged to my room after checkout, so I will definitely stay again and recommend.

Enjoyed my stay will stay again

Due to it being offseason there wasn't as many staff there so it took a while to get checked in. Overall experience was pretty good continental breakfast was as expected but tasted nice. The room was a great size especially when traveling with a child. I was a little sad to pull was closed but I was traveling during off season.

The hotel was cool but Sonesta takes FOREVER to return the $100 incidental fee. I just checked out today but the Royal Sonesta is Chicago took 40 days. Overall the hotel was comfortable while I was visiting town to bury my father.

Everything you might expect. Good location. Food nearby. Hotel fairly new it seemed. Friendly staff. Our sheets were soiled. Not sure if stained or not clean. Fair price. Breakfast good. Would stay here again.

Clean room, good breakfast. Front desk was nice and polite. If you have a toddler, remove the mirror hanging by bathroom as it is only secured at top and can swing. There was a huge closet we put ours in. Hallway smelled of Marijuana but did not in room. Had to pay $100 deposit that was not made clear by website. This is a first time I have ever had to pay a deposit traveling as a family.
