Finca Ventorrillo with private pool for 4 people

Cozy and comfortable rural house just 4,5 km from the town of Cómpeta, between olive trees and vineyards is Finca Ventorrillo, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility and the sun, with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

Finca Ventorrillo has capacity for 4 people. The spacious living room has 2 sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, dining table and a beautiful mezzanine with a sofa to which we can retire. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. Finca Ventorrillo is completed with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (hot/cold).

In the outside area its refreshing private pool with terrace and barbecue. The best place to take a bath in the sun and enjoy the spectacular views of the landscape.

Finca Ventorrillo is located 4,5 km away from the town of Cómpeta. All the way is asphalted, only the last approximately 200 m are quite steep, but it can be done without problems with a normal car that has a reasonable ground clearance.

In Competa we find: several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet café, souvenir shops, tourist information and much more.

Pets:
Pets are welcomed (max.2). In case of bringing a pet, there is a €50 (once per stay) supplement to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Late arrival:
Please note, that there would be an extra charge of €50 in case of an arrival after 21:30 hours payable upon arrival in cash.

Central Heating:
If case of using central heating (radiators), a supplement of €10 per night is charged. Please let us know 1 week in advance.

Finca Ventorrillo with private pool for 4 people offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
