The room was comfortable and quiet, the staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional and the lobby coffee,cider, and cookies were a pleasant surprise. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is because the sofa bed in the room had a large spill stain and made everything feel just a little bit dirty.

The hotel staff was pleasant, the stay was not so pleasant. At first the tv wouldn’t work there was no signal but they tech took a little while but he finally came to the room and realized the cable box was not plugged in. He left and we realized about 30 minutes later the internet wasn’t connected to the tv so we couldn’t connect to Netflix or other streaming services. Then the handle to turn the water on flew off when we turned the shower on. And also we had a noisy neighbor that was screaming in the middle of the night. It was not the best experience. They did have very friendly staff and some really good cookies in the lobby.

The stay was fantastic. The fact that there was a starbucks made my wife very happy but on our last night of our stay there was a bit of a scare that quite honestly could have escalated into something terrifying. There was a man who somehow gained access to our room (luckily we had the door latch on). The man was trying to get in to our room after gatting it opened. We dont understand how this guy got a key to our room. The man was naked from the waist down and was very drunk. He was also very rude when we confronted him. We called front desk twice and they managed to get him into his correct room two doors down. This could have been dangerous ..we could of reacted and hurt this man, or he could have hurt us while trying to get in the room...This is unacceptable...a person should feel safe in their room.
