Not sure we were actually in a dugout as there was no evidence of being built into a hill. It was a nice room just not sure how authentic. Also the heating was set for the whole building and we had no control over the temperature and we were really hot overnight.

The ability to park our car & caravan onsite was a big plus. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property's appearance was far better than any other hotel/motel we saw in town.

There were 2 drunk locals walking within the property yelling and screaming all night. Had no sleep the first night. Changed rooms for the second night, was ok that night. They need security.

Liked this place . Very clean very spacious room and bathroom. The pool was tucked in an awkward spot but the hotel was located in a great spot. An enjoyable stay.

The room was not clean an the door appeared damaged an was unable to be locked properly. The bathroom was not clean and had hair left behind. I complained and was given another room which had a smell of sewerage and was still not cleaned properly but at least the door locked properly. I do not recommend this place which looks great on the outside but terrible on the inside.

he building's desert-themed architecture blended seamlessly with its surroundings, but the rooms were oppressively hot, featuring only a small wall fan for cooling, and the bed was as hard as the wall stone. The night felt interminable, spent tossing and turning in search of comfort, as the outdated mattress clearly needed replacement. While the reception staff and check-in process were commendable, I certainly wouldn't choose to stay there again. We were looking forward to our 'underground experience' but was sadly disappointed.
