The “Avalon” condo is tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings including the bedroom suite's Sealy's King-size "Magnificence Plush Pillow Top" mattress. In addition, a surprisingly comfortable Queen-size sofa sleeper accommodates up to 2 in the living room. Electronic-wise, "Avalon" is decked-out with high-speed WiFi throughout; Spectrum cable/WiFi smart-tv in the living room; plus a WiFi smart-tv in the bedroom. The galley kitchen is equipped to the hilt and you'll find the drip coffeemaker and hospitality coffee set-up in the "barista" cupboard, plus there's an assortment of tea, as well. Then the Beach Club offers all the restorative resort-like amenities to vacationers and residents alike, including a heated pool and jacuzzi hot tub in tropical palm surroundings, fitness center, dry-heat sauna, club house, gazebo, bbq and picnic areas. Only a 5-minute walk along the brick path to lovely Whitecap Beach or drive and park on the sand (if you have a parking permit). No need to go far for fishing. Believe it or not, there is a saltwater fishing pond right at the Beach Club! Just bring the poles and bait and make sure your fishing license is up-to-date for age 17 and above! It's all here – fun, sun, surf, fishing and activities galore!
