Hotel looks atrocious from the outside. You question whether you should really be at the hotel. You’ll want to leave once you see it. Not to Quality Inn standards. Worst Quality Inn I’ve stayed at. They have updated the room interiors for the Quality Inn section of the hotel which is in the back. AC/Heat unit is old and buttons to operate it are extremely worn. Unit did not keep room to temperature. They are a pet friendly hotel but charge a fee. Behind the hotel rooms there is an area to allow your pet to take care of business. It is not kept up or clean. No pet bags available. If you are on lower floor you better not have to open your window. Roof of hotel has no drainage so all of the rain runs off the roof making quite a mess as it did while we were there. The hotel feels old and run down. Would not recommend. Other better hotels in the area. If you just need a place to put your head down, it’s ok

Hotel had rooms at basement level and upper level with steps and no elevator. Breakfast was poor. In general Quality Inn standard was poor in many locations in Colorado. Needs update overall and breakfast and coffee quality can be better.

Stayed 9-30-25 for 1 night. Had an issue & the Hotel Front Desk Staff worked with us to resolve it expediantly. We were very happy wigh the outcome & appreciated them very much. Room was very nice, clean, spacious & felt very safe. Would recommend.

The keys did not work when we attempted to enter the room. I had to drive all the way back to the office area to have the keys redone We told them we were both handicapped upon booking and they still put us in a room that requires us to walk up about 10 steps. This is the absolute worst property I have ever booked thru Expedia A real dump

Good breakfast with many options for those on keto diets too. Only issue - no towel rods, racks, 1 hook - had to hang towels over shower doors vanity... Good value for the price.

Room was in newer updated section. Room was nice, but had to walk outside to breakfast. There was not enough space to eat breakfast so we had to take a plate back to our room. Not very convenient. Otherwise, a good stay.
