Probably the most unique casino I have ever been to. Tucked away in the mountains of Maryland on a beautiful lake. Scenery is amazing and the staff was helpful.

There should be a notebook with facility information in each room. For example they offer room service and there are no menus. There restaurants and the didn’t know what time they opened. They didn’t advise you to make a reservation. The Casino was only games and no one to assist you in playing. No other table card or roulette table. Very disappointing.

Rocky Gap was a beautiful resort and lots to explore in the area. The only disappointment was that if I would have known the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance and the Sports Bar restraunt closed I would have booked different dates when they were open. I currently have dietary restrictions and the menu at the closed restraunt had better choices for me. I was looking forward to pool and hot tub for a winter break from work.

Booked a lakeview room. Opened curtains and saw HUGE air-conditioning unit instead. Front desk moved us immediately to better room. Great scenic trails around hotel and park. Would definitely go back.
