Not thrilled

Very expensive stay with limited options unless you are a gambler or golfer. Not many options for food and limited staff. Restaurant's were not even half full and the wait was 2 plus hours to be seated. Definitely not staffed appropriately for the amount of guests with nowhere else to go to eat. Very disappointing.

Although the staff we did encounter were nice, the entire facility was understaffed. Our room was a nice size, extremely quiet even with the resort at capacity, and clean. The resort comes with fees that I guess are for the pool (like the size of a generic hotel) and access to the little beaches. Everything else is for a fee. The restaurants are overpriced for what you get.

Check in was a nightmare and took over 2 hours without the facility offering all 6 of us a drink or access to the facility. During the stay we lost electricity from 9pm until 7:30 am the next day! They did comp a small coffee to the guest but you had to ask about it there wasn’t any notice at the coffee bar. Short staffed in multiple places throughout the facility.
