This property is a short taxi ride from Old town and walking distance to some dining options. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and provide us with great recommendations for dining, sightseeing and shopping. They provide free bicycles which we used to visit Old Town and An Bang beach, all within a 15 minute ride. Great place for families as the staff is very attentive to children. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place if you’d like to visit Hoi An in a tranquil environment.

Lovely little hotel, had a family atmosphere. The manager Na is just lovely, so helpful and attentive. No big buffet breakfast like big chain hotels, small menu but everything made freshly for you and the food was great. The hotel is a bit far away to walk to the ancient town but taxi's and Grab's were easy to get and cheap. Nice little restaurant and a mini mart at the end of the street which was helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. Laundry is very cheap to get done too.

From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff, Mrs Na, made my stay in Hoi An truly memorable. Her dedication to ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience was evident in every interaction. She was not only a helpful concierge but also a local culinary guide, providing invaluable tips on the best food spots in town. Her recommendations led me to some of the most delightful dining experiences I've had in Vietnam. Moreover, Mrs Na provided assistance with arranging transportation, managing taxi bookings, giving info regarding tickets for local attractions greatly enhanced my travel experience. I am grateful for her attention. Really enjoyed my bicycle rides provided by the Hotel and the pool was a great plus. Breakfast and room were great too! I will come back!

We enjoyed the Hoi An Garden Villas so much, that we extended our stay by a few days! The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. It was great having a cool down splash in the pool when needed. The owner and workers are extremely helpful and accommodating. Na was absolutely phenomenal in helping us with directions, making recommendations, and booking us transportation and tours at our request. She is amazing! The location is great as it is a 5-10 minute bicycle ride to the Old Town and there are also numerous great restaurants and activities within walking distance from the Villas. Bicycles are free to use (we cycled around a lot), and a delicious breakfast is also included! We highly recommend this place.

This property is good for the price we paid. Staff were lovely including with our children. Note though if you are booking with kids there are friendly dogs on the property (in case your kids have issues with dogs). While it is a 20 or so minute walk to the Old Town it is a nice walk or a quick taxi if you are in the heat of the day. There are little cafes, restaurants and mini markets near this property which is handy. Breakfast is basic but nice and a good start to the day. It is a quiet location.

We can’t speak highly enough about this place. Na is so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is terrific and the poolside villa was very clean and roomy. Would highly recommend. A taxi ride into the old town.

A really peaceful and lovely place. It’s not a 5 star but clean and tidy. Room was beautiful. The staff are really helpful. We wish we had more time to spend here. Breakfast choice was brilliant. Absolutely worth every penny

We stayed two nights at the Villa in a twin room downstairs facing the pool. The villas appear to have a French influence, the bedroom and ensuite both large. The beds were probably the most comfortable we have slept in and the linen and room smelt of lemongrass and lemon. Lovely. Quiet and dark it was excellent for sleeping and the warm fresh baguettes for breakfast delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We did a couple of the tours they offered and they were great. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice clean pool. Walking distance to many tailor shops. About a 20-30min walk to the night markets. Free rental bikes available. Would definitely stay here again.

My and my gf we stayed here initially 2 days. Could not leave the place and ended up staying 4 nights. Ideal location between old town and beaches. U can easily reach them with the bike u get for free. Receptionist (hoi) super great and helpful

Would 100% stay again.

We looked the room, very spacious and clean. I really loved that our room had a bath tub too. The staff were friendly and helped us with understanding the local area and taxi services. The breakfast was good, pick one drink, one main and one 'dessert (yogurt or fruit). While it's not a buffet like we generally have when we stay places the food was enough and tasted good. Pool was lovely and clean.

Peaceful Oasis

Bookes two nights here for a quick visit to Hoi An. Loved the location, quiet and away from tourist areas of the Old Town. Free bikes made it easy to get into town and back but taxis were cheap too. Quiet garden oasis with the best pool! Breakfast cooked to order was everything you need and the room was private and a great escape from the heat. Staff was friendly and offered trips and transportation. We booked our car back to Da Nang through them for $16 USD and stayed for a late 8pm checkout for an extra $15USD. Great retreat and service, should have stayed longer.

A great choice

This is a beautiful, quiet location, about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe villa which was absolutely huge. The pool is fantastic. Breakfast was very good and I always saw staff cleaning even the smallest details around the property. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as tailors. We didn’t use the free bikes, but took a taxi to An Bang beach for 50k dong. Without a doubt I would stay here again. The photos really represent the property.
